The location was convenient to town and the university and the off-street parking was an added bonus. Will definitely be going back there to stay again."

"Great place to stay for a few nights while my son was doing some things at the uni. Very spacious, comfortable room. Fantastic that there were separate sleeping areas. The main bed was very comfortable. The heating was great - easy to use and warmed up the rooms quickly. The area is quiet so we enjoyed undisturbed sleeps. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We'll stay again if we have to be on the uni side of Dunedin."
