"Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had a one bedroom suite and loved it. The shower with the push button on off for overhead rain shower or hand held was a first for us and the best system we've ever experienced. Helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast as well. Lastly we had dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent!!"

"Had just moved into the room when water came pouring down the light fitting onto the floor by the bed. This is the second time we have experienced this while staying. The last time water came pouring out of the vent above the bath /shower. Looking at the water stain on the light fitting this is not the first time this has happened. Not good enough from a room that cost $200+ for the night."

"The premises are clean and tidy, and you can see they are renovating. The renovations did not impact at all. Reception and cleaners all very approachable and friend. The hotel is close to the octagon, Settlers Museum and supermarket, all an easy walk. Room was comfortable with kettle tea and coffee and creamer. Also has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a beverage and cigarette. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Dunedin. "
