"We had a great time staying at Rich and Julie’s place. The design and layout is so thoughtful and in a perfect spot to enjoy the harbor. There is an entrance to Acadia about 5 min away and it leads you to the more quite side of the park which was wonderful. Rich and Julie provide a full list of things to do, places to eat, and everything you could possibly need to know to plan your trip. We would stay at their place again."

"Beautiful property with large rooms and very clean. The bar area was great and the female bartended on duty was attentive and very nice. This was our last night in Portland but we’d definitely consider staying here again."

"The view of the ocean islands were amazing! The rooms were clean and very well put together. We enjoyed our stay the breakfast was good and the pool is nice! As far as close to town its right out of walking distance for use but they do offer shuttle service to town so you don't have to pay for parking which is awesome! Overall hotel is good would recommend staying very clean and put together."

"Our room was a King room next to the office. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the walk from our hotel to downtown. If you are planning on walking from the hotel to the harbor and have any mobility issues, please note it is a bit of walk and should plan accordingly. The snacks, water and fresh coffee in the office was very convenient. Not to mention the coffee was really good. Even though there was not a "breakfast", there was fruit, oatmeal and snack bars available at all times along with the water and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend."
