"The location was easy to find and quiet. Building and room were well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were amazing people! They really made you feel welcomed and were happy to make your stay the best! Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. They gave us suggestions for places to visit during our stay and we were not disappointed. The recommendations received were perfect! We plan on coming back as soon as we can. "

"This hotel has a great location, about 10 min walk to the town center, where finding a parking can be a challenge, and 15-20 min drive to major trailheads in Acadia. There was always bottled water, juices, snacks, coffee and tea for guests in the lobby. Fresh delicious pastries for breakfast. I would stay there again."

"Had several issues that were handled by staff swiftly and efficiently. They carried luggage to 2nd floor(there is no elevator). Brought missing bedding for pull out couch promptly. Ironing board was broken and swiftly replaced. The best part was the shuttle to/from Maine Savings Amphitheatre for a show there. Tim, the shuttle driver, was awesome. The shuttle alone was worth the stay."

"We had an amazing stay. Super helpful staff. Loved my coffee & steel cut oats every morning. Quiet hours were followed. We did the lobster private chef experience and it was so informative. If you are outdoorsy and camping is a little too much, this is the place for you. The sites/tents have beds, heaters, showers & toilets. (Except the rustic tents that do not have toilets and I’m not sure about showers but they have their own bathroom at a bathroom pavilion)"
