Very nice rooms, was a bit inconvenient to have to call the front every time I wanted to leave and when I returned, but overall, was a great place to stay.

It was the bathtub, jetted, relaxing after a hard days sight seeing. Close to Koshien Stadium, conveniently located.

There is a reason the do not offer refunds. This is a great hotel if you’re a fan of being in prison! There is no key or key card. They have to buzz you OUT of your room 😬. You have to call the front desk to ask them to let you out. They also wait until you pay to inform you that the hotel is partially “adult only”. I ended up not staying a single night of the 4 I paid for. I couldn’t stomach the idea of hoping someone picks up the phone to let me out if I had an emergency. Could you imagine a fire?

電話対応、接客など女性の人だったが口調も優しくとても、親切丁寧に対応してくれた。設備面など、匂いや快適感に課題もあるが気持ちに余裕ができた分、カバーもできた。駅近で食べ物屋も多く便利でした。

ラブホなのでビジネスホテルよりはアメニティが充実しているしお風呂はゆっくり入れます。禁煙を選択すれば良かった。タバコ臭はありました。駐車場があるのは良かったです。

全てが広く大きくてゆったりしています。清掃も行き届いていて清潔感があり、大変満足しました。また神戸へ行く機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

ホテルの外見、中身共にラブホテルでした。ホテルから出る度にフロントへ連絡して開錠してもらい、帰ってきてら開錠をお願いしないとダメなシステムでした。Wi-Fiも翌日になると効かなくなりました。ホテル内の説明書にもWi-Fiが繋がらない事がありますと記載されてました。エキスパディア内のホテルの外観写真が周りの風景が全く違いました。騙された気分です。
