The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! "Amazing stay! Hotel staff very communicative, the ryokan room was beautiful and the private onsen was sooooo nice. Breakfast in the ryokan was delicious too! There is a shuttle bus that can take you to the main area as the ryokan is up a steep slope. "

"Great accommodation for USJ and easy access back to Osaka City via train. Staff were excellent and excellent communication. Breakfast were great with western and japanese options. Even kids love breakie with fries available in the morning. Highly recommended. "
"This was a perfect choice for our stay in Osaka for 10 days back in July. Beautifully decorated and grand lobby with upscale decor and facilities. The room was spotless, with very nice AC and housekeeping service. Generous toiletries and replenishments of drinks each day. They even provided pain relief patches for foot and shoulder for free. The hot spring in the hotel was wonderful. Awesome restaurants especially the Japanese styled buffet breakfast and dinner. Customer service was superb, on point and responsive. We attended the World Expo Osaka-Kansai, and the hotel provided very detailed guidance and recommendations about the visit. There was actually a shuttle bus (for a minimal fee) from the hotel directly to the Expo. The hotel rep also gave us excellent advice as to where and how to explore Kyoto and Osaka, and where to park our rental car. Overall this was a dream come true trip and a 5 star quality hotel. We will be back! "
