"The hotel was beautiful with all the amenities you could need. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese style room and it was such a fun experience. The onsens were great and the reservation system easy to use. Dining was special and we loved the food. Getting to do a little laundry in their facilities was an added bonus. It’s on the harbor so have a beautiful view, there is a plaza by the ferris wheel that is a fun little spot and has lots of good food/shopping.
