"This hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Kyobashi station. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the Takaracho station that takes you to Haneda Airport (no transfers). It is a 5- 7 minute walk from Tokyo Station (great for people taking the Shinkansen or airport limo bus). They provide a shelf full of amenities/toiletries at check in (face creams, moisturizers, razors, shaving cream, bath salts, etc). 7-11 is located on the ground floor. Rooms are well appointed. Easy walk to major shopping malls in Ginza. We were very happy with our stay. "

"The hotel is clean and in convenient location. Staff is all nice. The room itself - no drawer to store your clothes so had to use luggage as the storage. Towels were thin and not a nice quality."

"Really generously sized hotel room for Tokyo, with really convenient access to Tokyo station. Super close to the Character Street shopping (and especially close to the Pokemon store), as well as the shinkansen gates - just be warned the gates closest to the hotel seem to go straight to the platforms and dont have lifts. Room was comfortable, there was ample space for luggage, and even though I booked a "no view" room - outside the window was a very small garden that i didnt expect. Its not a city view, but i kinda expected nothing to look at or to have no window at all. Its a bit on the pricey side, and I was only personally here for 2 nights, but I would recommend if you can afford it. Just know that google maps will not tell you the correct exit from Tokyo station to get to this hotel. Ignore any direction to go through a Marunouchi exit - thats on the other side of Tokyo station. You want the Nihombashi exit (Or at least the Yaesu ones)"

"Staff was great, the location is easy if you need to be close to the train station, but we didn’t like any of the breakfast offerings and it didn’t have any character. We just much preferred our ABB stays and ryokan stays to enjoy more of the Japanese culture. This hotel was very western. "

"Central location. No discernable air circulation, so it felt a little stuffy. Room spelled like body odor, I kid you not. I walked past other rooms as they were being cleaned…yep…body odor."
