"The reception staff were always kind and courteous. We were able to leave our luggage there before check-in and by the time we came back it had already been taken to our room. We much prefer not having daily housekeeping and having options for levels of service (full clean or towels and bins only etc). Lots of little touches made a big difference-the free postcards they offer and send on your behalf, the welcome biscuits, the complimentary shampoo is excellent, food and drinks in reception, the balcony to the room with microwave and fridge and great value price being in a quiet area only one stop away from Tokyo - we highly recommend and would love to stay here again."
