"The staff were VERY helpful. Massage chair is the selling point of this hotel. Although if inspected thoroughly, the vent is not well maintained and the room has a weird mildly sour smell upon entry. The toilet is not clean, there was a speck of something. Overall, not bad. I’d book again if I see the price lower compared to other hotels of the same standard as the location is very convenient, literally in front of Kyobashi station."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its location with direct access to Tokyo Station makes getting around the city completely effortless. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Everything was spotless and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. While the room was on the smaller side, that is standard for Tokyo and expected, but the incredible view of the train station right from our window made it well worth it! Another fun highlight was the impressive train layout in the lobby featuring Tokyo's transit system, Shinkansen bullet trains, and more. It was such a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent stay overall. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It is just north of Tokyo Station and very convenient for getting around Tokyo by train, including Ginza, Asakusa, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and many other areas. There are also FamilyMart and 7-Eleven stores nearby, which is very convenient for getting food or snacks after the shops have closed. There are several shopping centres within walking distance as well, so it is easy to pick up anything you need without having to travel far. The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were excellent. They were always friendly, greeted us whenever we came and went, and were very willing to step in and help whenever we needed assistance. I also appreciated the small thoughtful touches, such as umbrellas available to borrow on rainy days. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of the excellent location, cleanliness, convenience, and helpful staff made our stay in Tokyo even better. Highly recommended!"
