Everything was great. Good and convenient location, nice staff, spacious room for dt Tokyo. Also, they do have the luggage pick up and drop off at the airport service, and the Yamato home delivery service at the hotel too. Overall, it was great.

The location is great because it’s like 15mins away from Shibuya. Rooms are clean. They will also hold your luggage after checkout so you don’t have to walk around with it before you have to go to the airport or your next destination. Overall I loved it and there’s a 7Eleven downstairs.

Super convenient location - 7-8 minutes walk to both Tokyo Station and shopping centers like Takashimaya at Nihonbashi. Room is on the compact side but not crowded. A big advantage is they have washing area, toilet and shower areas all separated. And, the shower is not inside the bathtub which is quite common is hotels in Tokyo. The only downside is the room is a bit humid (we stayed two nights, one on Sept 7 and the other on Sept 12 and that were the cases for both nights, not sure if because of the season). Overall a comfortable hotel with good value - will stay again in the future

Got the premier room, and the extra space was amazing for laying out our suitcases while packing. The shower had amazing water pressure and the blow dryer was very strong as well. AC was good and temperature changes made through the thermostat were fast too. Great location, convenient 7-Eleven on the first floor, a 10 minute walk away from Tokyo Station, and close to a lot of stores in Ginza

What a wonderful place to stay. Laundry is on the 9th floor. They have all these cute amenities in the lobby that you can use like bath tablets and face masks.

This an excellent hotel. It’s close to the Ginza line and the Asakusa line. Ginza is just outside the hotel. Asakusa is just a brisk walk. Both lines are essential if you want to explore Tokyo. Ginza for Asakusa and Shibuya. And Asakusa for Haneda airport. It’s also very close to Tokyo Station.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located near Ginza, Nihonbashi, Tokyo Station, and 3 minutes away from the Kyobashi line. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom was very clean. 711 is located downstairs in the hotel and we enjoyed dining at Komeda Coffee shop, the food was very delicious.
