Staff are super friendly , speak English and help you in every way. Has laundromat in house. Small eateries close by . Housekeeping is good and efficient and replenish toiletries daily . Rooms are small but quite efficient . Very good value for money . Have decided to use Nest chain in Japan : predictable and friendly!! No unpleasant surprises ! "

"The staff here was very helpful. The room was clean and roomy with a dining area. The in-room laundry was great, but takes time to run a complete cycle. The location is convenient to the Nihombashi underground station, a 7-11, a drug store , and a supermarket. Although it's near Ginza it's a business district, so it's very quiet in the evening. There are a couple of little restaurants nearby including a tempura restaurant that's over a 100 years old, but you have to make reservations well ahead of time. It's easy to get to areas on Tokyo's East side like the imperial palace, Asakusa, Ginza. "
