"Really generously sized hotel room for Tokyo, with really convenient access to Tokyo station. Super close to the Character Street shopping (and especially close to the Pokemon store), as well as the shinkansen gates - just be warned the gates closest to the hotel seem to go straight to the platforms and dont have lifts. Room was comfortable, there was ample space for luggage, and even though I booked a "no view" room - outside the window was a very small garden that i didnt expect. Its not a city view, but i kinda expected nothing to look at or to have no window at all. Its a bit on the pricey side, and I was only personally here for 2 nights, but I would recommend if you can afford it. Just know that google maps will not tell you the correct exit from Tokyo station to get to this hotel. Ignore any direction to go through a Marunouchi exit - thats on the other side of Tokyo station. You want the Nihombashi exit (Or at least the Yaesu ones)"

"Staff was great, the location is easy if you need to be close to the train station, but we didn’t like any of the breakfast offerings and it didn’t have any character. We just much preferred our ABB stays and ryokan stays to enjoy more of the Japanese culture. This hotel was very western. "

"Very clean. Location is close to Tokyo Station, Tokyo Metro and other subway - forgot the name. Not as packed as other streets. Entrance is hard to find because it’s in the middle of a side road, tucked inside. Very clean, bed was medium hard, size slightly bigger than normal for Japan. Amenities like foot and face masks were appealing. Provided continental breakfast but I did not get to experience this. Drink bar with coffee, water, juice, and soda. Cannot remember if they had alcohol too - all the hotels are running together. I would recommend this hotel. "

"I would stay at nest hotel again. It was an easy ride from Haneda Airport. The hotel was a quick 5 minute walk from Nigonbashi station which serviced 3 major lines. It was an easy 20 min. Walk to Tokyo station. It was centrally located around Yaesu and Ginza. The service was excellent as the front staff was friendly and quick to help with requests ( we asked for a bag of bread when we had to leave earlier than breakfast was served). The breakfast was only bread but there were at least 6 choices. The rooms were cleaned everyday, towels, linens, slippers and pjs changed. Water was always provided. There were 2 laundry machines which were also cheap to operate. You can forward your suitcase to the next hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"For us, this felt like a true 5-star hotel—porters, multiple restaurants, security, great cleanliness, and spacious rooms. We stayed in a deluxe triple room with two double beds and a double sofa bed, which was very spacious and comfortable. One porter stood out as especially friendly and helpful with directions (wish we got his name!). The location is excellent, with direct basement access to Suitengumae Station (easy to Shibuya) and Ningyocho Station plus a 7-Eleven right across the street, connecting you to Ginza, Akihabara, and more.
