Charming Studio with balcony & pool -Heart of Nice

Discover the comfort in our charming studio for two people located in the heart of Nice. The swimming pool of the residence is at your disposal from June 1st to September 30th of each year! Fully equipped apartment with air conditioning, quiet balcony and a spacious living space. The studio's location will allow you to move quickly and easily : Public transportation is also nearby (tram, airport shuttle, and bus within 5 minutes) and allows you to easily visit tourist sites outside the city (Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Eze, etc.) - BY PLANE: Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport (2km) - BY PLANE: Cannes-Mandelieu Airport (30km) - BY TRAIN: Nice train station - BY CAR: A8 motorway - BY CAR: National 85
