Very nice hotel

Beautiful hotel in an attractive area in Nice. Close to the beach, many restaurants abd cafes nearby. We had a room with small balcony on the top floor. A bit small but lovely decorated.

We were just a couple blocks from the beach and promenade, with restaurants only five minutes away and a grocery store right across the street. The room was spotless and our window overlooked the street below, which was fun to watch. we could walk to the tram station, and with a 24 hour pass we could go just about anywhere, even to the airport the day we departed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was just a charming place. If ( I should say WHEN) we return to Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

Great place if you're looking to stay in a more quiet spot outside of old Nice. Quick 15 min walk to Old Nice along the promenade. Only issue I had was that air conditioning did not work and it was very hot in the room.

The staff was multi-lingual and very friendly and helpful. They helped us find overnight parking, when their small lot was full and two delicious restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel. Our room was colorfully appointed with a comfortable bed, and a modern shower/bathroom. The hotel was well-located, one block away from the promenade.

The reception team were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and we would have loved to stay longer. The location is ideal - just a minute or so from the main promenade. There is a good value super market opposite and we went out for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay, property is a block from the beach with easy access to the promenade. Staff were helpful in arranging car service to airport. Nice is a very walkable city and most destinations are a 15-20 min walk from the property. Location was great with a small supermarket across the street. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel in prime location. Walk to the cost and to all dining and city center. Reception is friendly and helpful. Rooms are tight but very clean a comfortable. Nice onsite parking for 20 Euro per day.

Clean, comfortable rooms near to the beach, so if easy access is important this is a great choice. It is a bit outside of the train station, main parts of town, and the touristic areas but no more than a 20 minute walk. Supermarket with good variety across the street for beach picnic needs but restaurant options nearby were not to my taste.

The property is ideally situated. It’s a minute walk to the promenade d’Anglais. The tram situated Alsace -Lorraine is a five minute walk for access to the city centre and the airport. Staff friendly and professional. The property is very clean and well maintained. There is a Carrefour Supermarket across the road as well.

La Villa was an exceptional find. It’s quaint, clean, modern and close to shopping, dining and the beach. Most staff members were super friendly and service oriented. However, the lobby manager was arrogant and not nice. I found him to be unfriendly.

Very small rooms !!! Impossible for two person to live . Only one biggg problem . Rather than that all great : location , cleanliness, staff. Bed is a little bit too soft for my partner but for me is comfortable. If only for one person& short stay it would work but not for holiday stay .
