"The rooms themselves were exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite the festive market below. Daily housekeeping was perfectly timed, and the evening turndown service—complete with more sweet treats—was always a delight. The small in-room touches made everything feel elevated: a heated towel rack, umbrella, tea and coffee maker, a well-stocked minibar with snacks, two bottles of water replenished daily, a wonderfully comfortable bed, Chromecast for streaming, intuitive lighting, and plenty of outlets including USB ports. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was consistently excellent. The buffet offered a generous spread of French pastries, meats, fruits, cereals, and hot options like bacon, sausage, and eggs. You could also order a fresh Benedict, along with coffee or tea. The service each morning was friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s location is unbeatable: steps away from high-end shopping, excellent restaurants, the beach, the casino, and several museums. It’s the kind of place where staying 7–10 days feels not only reasonable but ideal if you want to experience everything Nice has to offer. "

"Great villa in wonderful town. Modern decor that was comfortable, clean, and useful for 4 adults. One level/bedroom not used. Incredible views from lovely decks.Great interaction with host and son. Son helped us move in and responded quickly to a tiny mechanical glitch.Pool is tiny---size of hot tub but not heated like hot tub----would be good as plunge pool in hot weather---not clear in pics on website.Great brasserie and patisserie and boulangerie and grocery store within easy walk distance.2 caveats----steep steps to get into villa and not walkable to town center or commerce at the water.Highly recommend it and would stay there again."
