The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! "Great location right near the train station so you cam go to Monaco, Villefranche etc, and also close to the main shopping street, 15 mins walk from old town and the beach. Shops, restaurants and boulangeries nearby to. You can walk everywhere from this hôtel. Hotel was renovated, looks modern. Rooms are a bit small but clean and good value for money compared to everything else in Nice. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear tv from the other rooms or people talking but people were respectful and...

"We loved our stay here for a number of reasons but some highlights were the lovely service and helpful staff, the complimentary coffee machine and filtered water which you could help yourself to at anytime and the afternoon snacks. We loved our stay so much and Nice itself that we ended up staying longer. The rooms varied in size but were fine for a short stay. They were also clean. "
