"I had a short stay in Nice and this was perfect for a quiet night's sleep w/ AC in the heat of summer. The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived late in the evening. I initially found street parking but realized I got lucky when I needed to look for parking on day 2 - I recommend Grimaldi garage which is a short walk from the hotel. Everything is 5-10 walk - including the ocean. And though it's on the lower level - the breakfast was really perfect. This hotel may not have all the bells...
