So easy to get to from airport L2 or L3, stop is right in front of hotel. Beach and promenade is one street over, very mellow place. Breakfast was very nice and affordable. I would stay again!

It is a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. Rooms are small. Elevators are so tiny that a family of 3 with luggage didn't fit and had to take turns going up. Washrooms in room were very nice. Rooms were very clean and beds were pretty comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location! There is parking right across the street, the beach is a block away, the train is right out front if you want to go into central Nice, and breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and cheap!

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean. The room was ok, unfortunately the bed was a little hard and had only one pillow per person which for us was not very comfortable. Only two towels are supplied, no hand towels at all which is very inconvenient. The hotel is very close to the beach which was great. No long walk after a day in the hot sun. Transportation was right across the street and we were within 20 minutes of anywhere we had planned to go. We did have A/C in the room but sometimes it was very weak, however we had very hot temps while we were there so probably just too hard on the system. Overall not a bad stay.

The property is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are deceptivley small, with the three person room not having enough room to turn without hitting the other person. The walls had greasy hand prints and scratches, some of the lights did not have switches as well. The bathroom was also very tiny and the shower was broken and leaking water everywhere. If you do end up booking here, be prepared that the rooms are extremely tiny. However, the location is pretty good, its one block from the ocean, but the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

As name of hotel suggests, it is a budget hotel. But location is very good, 2 min walk from the promenade and beach, a stone throw from the tram station. Rooms are basic but very clean and in good state. It's great value for money

Nice stay in Nice with the sea view

Polite, helpful staff, comfortable beds. In general it was clean and housekeeping came every day if you like, but air conditioner definitely needs deep cleaning . Some people may have dust allergies so it could be a problem for them if they want to use air conditioner.

System were down so we had to do stuff manually. Because system was down Hôtel withheld driving licence so I could pay city tax when system was back up I offered to pay cash still couldn’t process it. WiFi was down for almost first two days. I wasn’t offered complimentary breakfast for inconvenience. Room is very minimal and small would expect more amenities as standard. Locations are excellent tram stop in front of hotel. 4 tram stops either direction you reach all areas of nice. Comfortable sleep. Staff were helpful only held back by corporate inflexibility. I would not recommend more than 2 nights here. Better hotels 10 mins away
