This was our first trip to Nice as a family of four, We found our suite extremely roomy and the laundry definitely came in handy as we were mid trip. We found the location is perfect. You come out of the hotel and you're right in the heart of things with a quick walk to the beach. Being close to the day and night markets was great!

Great location, staff and rooms were large but it was so loud! Since the hotel is located right in Old Town, it’s surrounded by loud restaurants and bars. You can hear people yelling throughout the night.

The hotel is situated in “Old Town” near all of the action - cafes, bars, restaurants & shops. It’s also close to the beach and a short distance to the newer section of Nice with the more contemporary stores and shopping mall. Trains, trams and buses are easily accessible nearby and definitely the way to travel in this region. The hotel itself has spacious rooms and a kitchenette - with laundry which was very convenient. I can’t say enough about the staff. Would happily stay here again!!!

This is an excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Our family of 4 (two children) had plenty of room, the apartment was clean and comfortable for our week's stay in Nice. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and answering any questions we had. We really loved the location with the big windows and natural light. It was very walkable to everything situated right in Old Nice overlooking a plaza where there was the antique market, food market and 3 minute walk to beach and many shopping areas. We absolutely loved our stay!

Great location and very clean and spacious room. No hotel amenities but great if you only need a room. You need to get dropped off and picked up a block away because there cars are not allowed near hotel. But again, great location.

Clean room, modern bathroom ,excellent AC , Great front employees, our room was very quiet, perfect location, good hotel shuttle. I will suggest a roll of paper towel, and simplify indications for the dishwasher, the washer and microwave as you have to be a genius to figure it out. We will be back

DIY construction, not the way it seems. Very weak air conditioning. We required two fans on front of the vents to blow it into the room. The second level of the room was unusable, there was no ventilation up there at all. There was a fan up there when we arrived signaling that the hotel knows of the issue. It is not a suitable space for adults as the ceiling height is reduced and you cannot stand up in the area. We took the mattress from this area and put it on the floor. The children slept on the floor for the duration of our stay. Great location and parking options, but the location is not ideal if you would be bothered by the noise from the bars at the base of the hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Parking is available about a 2 minute walk from the hotel underneath Palais de Justice. Room was a good size & perfect for our family of 4. Would stay again on our next trip to Nice.
