Amazing location with festive fresh foliage (Christmas trees and flower arrangements). Customer service on main floors were good. The spa was relaxing with 3 separate waiting rooms (women only, men only, and couples) with fresh snacks, teas, and water. The locker rooms decorated in soothing colors had wet and dry saunas with clean well maintained lockers, showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. Make time to take in an afternoon tea in the lobby and/or drink in the bar. Traditional decor matching what we saw when in England at Windsor Castle.

From the moment we pulled in, the service was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. We loved our suite and enjoyed some in suite snacks like gourmet popcorn for a family movie night. We had dinner in the French Quarter and it was a quick and easy walk that we enjoyed. This is a perfect place to stay when you visit NOLA!

Loved it, will return!

We loved our stay here! Probably one of the nicest (hubby says THE nicest) hotels we’ve stayed in. Service was top notch! Beautiful room and the jazz brunch on weekends is great too!
