The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say it’s the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didn’t fix it, there is conditioner body lotion and shampoo , but 2 of the 3 were empty when we checked in , but the guy at fd refilled right away , also , they CHARGED us $10 per day for parking , which it wasn’t stipulated when we booked the hotel , it was so unpleasant as we were not aware of it ."
"A hidden gem. Not fancy, not new, not glitzy, but perfect for a few nights, Alfredo and Anna as well as the entire front desk staff are exceptional and accomadating. Their customer service was top notch. I was in a handicapped room and would of appreciated a mat in the shower as it was a bit slick and I must be cautious of falls. I also felt the bed pillows could be upgraded :-) but all in all, two thumbs up!!!"
