We stayed for our annual HHN at Universal. This was a nice , reasonably priced place for us to stay. There is no shuttle to Universal and I’m not sure walking was a great choice because of how hilly the area is. We used Uber which was great. They had a very basic beverage area in the morning. Juice, coffee, tea. We would stay again.

Location is perfectly walkable to Universal studios. The swimming pool is super tiny 12x12 feet but enough for kids to enjoy at end of day. Restaurants are right across the street including a Starbucks. Couldnt ask for a more convenient location.

Room was clean, smelled a bit like bleach at check in which I prefer over smelling bad, staff was super friendly and amazing. Ac worked great, parking was easy (we just ubered from there to wherever we wanted to go. Close to citywalk, shopping center accross the street with Pizza, thai food, a bar, a convenience and most important, a starbucks

The staff were very friendly, Rooms were ok, beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was great. The location is perfect for walking to Universal Studios. They nickel and dime you though. We checked in 2 hrs early and they charged $25 . We checked out in the morning and had them store our luggage and they charged $10.

Although it’s an older property, the rooms have been updated and maintained. Being we were there in August and it was hot, I was thrilled that they had covered parking. Front staff was friendly, cleaning staff was friendly. Even though they do not serve breakfast, there is an excellent smoothie and breakfast place across the street. Along with Starbucks. I’d stay again.

I really liked it – the rooms are clean, there’s covered parking, there are places to eat nearby, and you can walk to Universal Studios or take an Uber, which cost us $9. I’d definitely stay there again.
