"Front desk staff so very helpful especially Kelvin. Very very team in this hotel that definitely put the customer first. Our room was very clean and was in great condition, my only gripe was the room seemed airless at night. The parking at the hotel was good, breakfast in the morning was much better than the usual hotel style. All in all a great stay and easy to recommend."

"Rooms were not ready and continued to not be ready until 10:30pm. Staff disappeared with no answers. Told us to go eat and upon return still didn’t have rooms ready. As rooms became available, one room had a lock issue and someone entered my employees room while she was in the shower and we had to call security. "
