"Very close to LAX airport, very close to fast food and gas stations. Good for just sleeping and safe with on site security and front desk staff at all times. Beds were very firm, soft pillows, cold AC unit."

The Queen Mary

10/10 Excellent
"Emma checked us in. She is kind, efficient, and attentive to our needs as guests checking in. Moi, our bellman, is considerate and thoughtful in getting our luggage from our Uber driver to our Queen Mary guest room. The other members of the restaurant staff, Karen and Dado at the Promenade Cafe, Tommy and Tanida at the Observation Bar, and other attendants throughout the ship, are consistently helpful and kind. Well done Queen Mary Staff."
