"The hotel is awesome but arriving and asking for shuttle is confusing. There are 3 Hilton’s. There is a charge for the shuttle. (Not related to hotel ). We were dropped off in the wrong hotline It is connected. Is walkway to terminal 4 which was fabulous. We went into London to see a play, connected with picadilly line. Very efficient. If your room includes the lounge access, the afternoon selection was great but the morning underwhelming Room are quite for a hotel near the airport. Hope this helps another traveler"
