"My wife and I stayed at the property on 16th and 17th November for our wing anniversary. The first room allocated to us was the basic double room. Perfectly fine apart from the noise caused by a generator, not bad but my wife is a light sleeper. So we upgraded to another room. Great view of the pond at the front and quiet. Wonderful ! The following ight we were informed by staff that we did not need to pay for the upgrade, so that was a nice treat. The staff were friendly and efficient...

"This was a nice surprise- not an outdated older pub hotel experience, very nicely updated rooms and bathroom - the tub was actually large enough to take real bath if you wanted to! Having breakfast included was great, and it was cooked to order... lots of options and not just the 'English" breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Kid and dog friendly as well."

"Really loved the communal areas. Great dining area and bar. Enjoyed the buffet continental breakfast options. Had a classic family room which was comfortable. Enjoyed having a bath and the shower was good pressure and warm. A little outdated but the superior suites in the old part of the building were very well decorated and a bit more updated. Staff were friendly and also enjoyed the outside garden area. Fantastic position right in the heart of Farnham yet nice and quiet."

"The large glass doors in the bedroom and sitting area allow the outdoors to come in, wherever you are in the lodge. You can sit for ages on the deck just taking in the view and watching the wildlife. It’s quite a romantic ambiance and ideal for a quiet celebration for two."
