The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! No issues with the room (1401), check-in, or check-out. The only complaint we have is that the heating system makes a loud running noise when on. We’ll definitely return to the hotel.

It was our first time in NYC, we had planned to visit many of the major sights and sounds. The hotel is perfectly located, the staff are so friendly and we would stay here again on our next visit. Close to Times Square, next to 5th Ave, subways within 5 mins and bus stops near by, it couldn’t have been more convenient.

Fabulous location - walk to every major tourist section of NYC. Although in the heart of NYC, you walk in and feel safe and taken care of. Staff were so kind and helpful.
