Heritage Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Will absolutely stay here again. An older property that has been updated and kept wonderfully clean and comfortable."
"It was our first time staying at this hotel and it was an excellent choice! Everything was clean, the bathroom was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, and I loved how they provided snacks and water as a welcome gift. Each time we left and came back there was someone to open the door to greet us, and they were kind enough to offer was transportation services or help us look up food close by. Staff was polite and professional. I would love to stay there again someday."
"Second time staying here. Great hotel with friendly staff and clean environment. Would definitely recommend for family’s with children. Great location within walking distance to Times Square, Central Park and the metro. "
"Nicely located to the Times Square, Maddison Square Garden, Penn station, and many city top spots. The only downfall, this area seemed to have a lot of aggressive homeless and druggies so walking could be sketchy at times until you hit Times Square. "
"This was my first time staying at arlo it was my birthday. I had a beautiful room on an upper floor beautiful view ! Staff were so accommodating, friendly, and pleasant.
Can’t wait to go back ! "
"Great location for vacationing in NYC. Convenient subway stops within walking distance and felt safe the entire time. Loved, loved, loved having bunk beds. More hotels should do this. It is perfect for families- who wants to sleep with their teen/parent/sibling? It makes so much sense. 100% would stay here again. "
