"部屋はもちろん、リビングトイレなどの共有スペースの掃除をしてくれない、バスタオルやキッチンタオルの洗濯もしてくれないなど不衛生でストレスフルでした。あきらめて自分で洗った方がましと洗い、指示された場所に干したらバスタオルが戻ってこなかったり、服はスプリンクラーでびしょ濡れにされありなど本当に困りました。驚き嘆く私達に「自動のスプリンクラーなのよ」と笑って言われたことに、本当に腹が立ちました。 エアコンもないため、窓を空けて出かけてましたが、夕方帰ると、カビ臭い匂いがしてきました。気分が悪くなり、他のホテルに移りたいと申し出ても、「移るのはどうぞ、返金はしません」という対応で、本当にストレスフルでした。 "

"Very cosy, clean & comfortable accommodation with lovely hosts, Crystal & Kelvin, who were very kind & friendly as well as happy to help. A lovely basket of food was left for us, including homemade bread, fresh fruit, eggs, muesli bars, cereals & biscuits - we felt very spoilt. We loved the selection of coffee capsules & tea bags along with other snacks. We would highly recommend & are looking to return again. The
