"On Day 1 of our 7-day stay, I was prepared to give the hotel a low rating due to some inconveniences (which, in the grand scheme of things, turned out to be minor). The hotel's charm grew on us during our stay, to the point that we will book here again when we return to Banff. The location is very convenient to downtown, without being in the middle of the downtown chaos. The restaurant is fantastic--we ate there twice for dinner and once for brunch. The hotel and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. The king-size bed in our room was very comfortable, and we had an amazing view of the town and mountains from our room and the accompanying deck, where we would enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The hotel has e-bikes that you can rent for free, and we had a great time utilizing them. We also enjoyed the hot tub a few times. There was plenty of parking available each time we returned to the hotel at the end of each day. Looking forward to future stays at The Juniper."
