I often encounter “oh I need to buy paper towels (or detergent etc)” or “what am I doing with this trash and recycles” at a vacation home but I never had to do such during the stay. Also the location is great, could walk from Queenstown downtown up the hill, 40-45 mins, and walk done is just about 30 mins. If no rental car, there is a bus as well.
