"Beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast"

"My family was impressed with the staff especially Davide at the front desk and the restaurant staff for breakfast. Alessandro was amazing and flawless and cared for us each day. Donatella and the other servers were wonderful. The options were terrific…and tasted great. The only negative is the disparity between the rooms conditions and amenities. The single room needed painted and was tight—especially for spending $2500 for one week. The other rooms my family had were great and they had surprise extras. "

"Hotel is located very conveniently to everything in Florence. We walked everywhere. The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so personalized. Rooms were so comfortable. If you are traveling with a family, the family room is basically a spacious apartment connected to the hotel. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent—convenient to everything and perfect for exploring nearby attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, very pleased with the property. It was centrally located, clean, VERY nice/pleasant staff and they were very helpful. Only thing that dropped it from 5 to 4 stars was the lack of AC (can't run it until summer apparently, wife doesn't like sleeping in heat...so that made her a bit grumpy). So the room was warm. Got the window open on second night, but had a room on the street and without the double windows, it did get loud (earplugs made it ok). Other than that, I'd definately recommend"
