On check-in, our room was upgraded and a personal message from the hotel's General manager was delivered with some sweet treats. The hotel is ideally located with high end shopping and restaurants literally across the street. Very easy access to local transportation including the metro, buses, etc. If you plan on staying in Madrid, this should be your first choice. Highly recommend. "

"The check in was available earlier than mentioned on the website which was fantastic from the start. The room was very modern and clean and I had a great view from my balcony. I was traveling on business and the location next to the tube station was perfect for me. The location itself is also great. Next to the mall and river. If I was to come to Madrid again I would definitely be staying here again. "
