"Standard business hotel with clean facilities that was in a convenient location for our purposes. Reasonable transit connections to Central Madrid. Sort of a desolate area, but correspondingly quiet.
No in room Wi-Fi, but the lobby service was more than adequate. We had adjoining family rooms, and that worked well for us."

It is very well located near the city center and very close to the Príncipe Pio Station with transport service to the metro, trains and buses. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well as the Royal Palace. The hotel staff speaks several languages and is very friendly and professional.

Room is very clean, bed very comfortable, staff are very attentive to details and made us feel welcomed. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with rich variety of food and drinks. Excellent service. We didnt have a chance to enjoy the spa but will try nexr time.We highly recommend this...

"The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door. "
