There were 15 people in our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel City Centre as the staff were extremely helpful, the food was very good and we enjoyed our time in the hotel pool. We also ate at Ropewalks restaurant in the evening and the service was excellent.

Great location (walking distance from key sightseeing places), beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and all facilities and rooms working excellent. The pool was timed due to the busy season but otherwise a perfect stay. Highly recommended for everyone. For management, I suggest improving sofa beds, they can always be better!

Great hotel in a great location. Room was clean, modern and breakfast was good with lots of choice. You have to pre book the pool usage which is disappointing in this day and age. We were told fully booked so kids couldn’t use it even for a quick swim. Everything else excellent though!

Great location to enjoy the city. Clean and nice rooms. Poor experience of room service which was late, incorrectly carried out and of low quality. However I would use this hotel again due to its location alone. Ideal having the Qpark next to it too

We stayed 4 nights with the kids. Hotel was slap bang in the centre and opposite Liverpool ONe shopping centre. Took a while to check in due to a wrong name being book under but manage to get checked in. Staff were very good on the overall stays. Bedroom was clean . Kids were happy with the pool they had. We spent2/3 night swimming to tire the kids out and they enjoyed it. Food was nice we had one night of food delivered to the room but at a £5 charge. Can’t complain food was nice. We will stay again in the future.

An excellent stay at the Novotel hotel in Liverpool. Great central location and the parking next door in the locked car park was handy! The hotel was clean, tidy and everything was well-maintained. The room was an excellent size and such a great layout, having the toilet and shower rooms separate. Good swimming pool and overall an excellent hotel.

Great location , nice clean room. The toilet door didn't lock or close properly and separate from the bathroom so had to walk round to wash hands, not ideal. Staff were nice and helpful and bed was comfy.
