Shap Wells Hotel

Shap Wells Hotel

8/10 Good
"Room was clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar facility was lacking in drink selection for ladies. A cocktail menu would have been great. The decor is outdated, it would have been a fantastic place in its heyday. Dinner meals were a little average but the dessert was delicious. Overall we had a comfortable nights stay."

"Great location and so convenient for local restaurants and shops. Parking offside took a minute or two and was really easy. Our room was very large and perfect for my disabled Mum. Breakfast and food in the bar was excellent. It was lovely to sit and relax with such a stunning view. Chantelle made sure our room was always clean and lovely to return to.
