The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and tidy. Our room had AC which we definitely appreciated. The overall building though does need a face lift. Breakfast is good, but could do with additional options as we found there was not lots of choice. The pool area is probably the most disappointing and needs major facelift as this is very tired.

Great hotel with several seating areas and options for food and prices. We ate in Alexander’s, food and staff excellent. Breakfast very good options , some staff very inexperienced . Room superb and option of gym really suited us with lots of equipment. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms, the bar staff at night in the function room were fantastic. Breakfast staff lovely, food for breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. All the staff very helpful and friendly.

Checked in on the hottest day ever recorded , room was clean and very well furnished. Staff weee really friendly and helpful . Great restaurant and bar . Didn’t go to the gym and pool this time. Well worth staying if you are exploring the lakes.

Hands down, my favourite hotel that I've stayed at. The staff are the best, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the breakfasts are superb, the bar has a nice cosy and relaxed vibe and it's a good location if you're planning to hike around the Lakes. I've stayed here 7 times in the last 12 months and i keep going back. I never want to go anywhere else.

Really good food from all thd menus including Alexanders pub. Staff were really helpful including arranging for food from yhe pub to be brought to yhe restaurant for a a petson with fietry requirements. Pool was fantastic and a member of our group was very pleased with the spa treatments. This Hotel is a little gem.

Lovely clean hotel. Ate at the restaurant 2 nights, food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Gym surprisingly good for a hotel gym.
