"Location! Location! Location! We stayed 2 nights and had a jammed pack schedule of events. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time! Our room was very clean! The staff were friendly and accommodating. You can grab a cup of coffee from Gumptions or Starbucks right across the street. Hit up Connolly’s Pub & Restaurant next door. Within walking distance of many amazing Broadway shows. Highly recommend!!! "

"I loved having two beds in the room and I loved the proximity to Bryant Park and Times Square and subway stations to get everywhere else. It was nice to have a coffee pot in the room, but they were a little stingy with the creamers and also with the shampoo and conditioner. We did not get a replacement every day and we ran out and had to ask for more."

"LIKED: • Very convenient LOCATION. • Good CLEANING SERVICE. • Great CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. • Helpful STAFF all around. It was a very pleasant stay. DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."

"This was my second visit to The Renwick and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The desk staff could not be any friendlier or helpful.They are truly kind humans. Our room was clean, the bed super soft, the shower hot with good water pressure and we were lucky enough to have a view of the Empire State Building! The location is unbeatable. 2 blocks to Grand Central and 3 blocks to Bryant Park. We felt very safe as well. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"The staff is very efficient and nice. Rooms are clean and the area is great. My only complaint was that I had booked two rooms for my travel companion and I but we were placed in two entirely different towers. It would have been nice to at least be on the same floor. Other than that, really nice hotel."
