"So, the bad: A/C was inop when we arrived. They sent facilities to repair promptly which they did. Total time:30 mins. Asked for extra blankets (A/C issue) and they delivered promptly, but the blanket was bleach stained. Was replaced promptly (10 mins). One Elevator was inop. Elevators are finicky but work. Crowded. Hallways look like a hospital. Not attractive but ok. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was great. In all, a good, not great, hotel. Excellent value and excellent...

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."
