"The lady at the valet parking was super nice. Other than that hotel was ok."

"Old grand dame has sadly gone downhill. No chairs by the pool, uncaring and often rude staff and servers at the vastly overpriced poolside restaurant La Cote. No coffee maker in the room, massive lineup at the little overpriced coffee bar near the lobby where guests flock because that’s your only option. Obnoxious guests with children packing hot tubs and playing football in the pools. It’s really gone in the wrong direction and hilariously ironic are the photos of Sinatra snd Rat Pack members who probably enjoyed the hotel in its heyday. They are rolling in their graves at the lack of service and low class shrine the Fountainbleu has sadly become."

"There is an extra room charge of $48 per day by the hotel, this is not covered by the Expedia payment. Additionally the front desk staff often give Expedia customers the worst rooms by the elevators. Charges for food and services are extremely expensive and quickly add up so be careful using them. The spa is not available to guests on weekends so be mindful of that. The Spa is small and has limited amenities and services. The hotel on the weekends is crowded often full of kids in the pool and weddings, so it’s probably if you want a peaceful stay book during the week."

"Overall, my staying at the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant’s food and prices were satisfactory. Room was very clean, but did not have a coffee machine. Also the hotel did not have a direct beach view as the beach was across the street and the view was blocked by some other hotels. "

"The beach view was unobstructed and pool and beach were great! Loved the chess game at the pool. Friendly front desk staff and bell hops. Used valet, again great service. Suites are very roomy and clean. Noise from music next door was too loud, but it only lasted during the Grand Prix Fan fest."

"Great place for a quick work visit to Miami. Some tenants you are sharing the room with may not have the etiquette necessary to turn off the lights and not make calls in the room at 1 am (even though there is a lobby!)."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. - Upon check-in, they put me in a room completely different from what I booked: much smaller, no carpet, no desk, and clearly a lower-tier room. - Had to argue with staff just to be moved into the room category I actually paid for. - Once finally moved, the toilet in that room didn’t even work. I was then moved again. Four room changes in the first 12 hours of my stay. - Service across the board was painfully slow, disorganized, and unhelpful. Every interaction felt like a battle. - Getting beach chairs or pool seating was unnecessarily difficult every single day despite being a hotel guest. - After all the inconvenience, not a single meaningful gesture was offered. No room upgrade, no resort credit, nothing. - I even had to spend 30 minutes at the front desk speaking to a manager just to secure a modest 2-hour late checkout after all the disruption. - For a hotel that markets itself as ultra-luxury, the experience was chaotic, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. Never coming back."
