"On check in we were given our keycard and let ourselves into someone else’s room. It then took them half an hour to find us another room. There is only a small wardrobe in room with 4 hangers there are absolutely no drawers in the room so we weren’t able to unpack. The toilet door was a sliding door which was really hard to shut and it didn’t have a handle inside the bathroom so you weren’t able to open it if you shut it fully. There’s only 1 lift and for half the time we were there it didn’t work. There’s absolutely no security in the hotel anyone can walk in off the street and use the pool or go to someone’s room. We were pretty disappointed with our stay having spending a lot of money in 2 rooms. "

"We stayed at this property as a quick overnight before heading off on vacation. The shuttle availability was excellent and the staff was friendly. The property has everything, including meals, if you are getting in late. Overall a nice stop, but the room was dated and in need of updating, but very livable. We would return for this purpose."

"We had a great stay at the The Elser Hotel Miami! We had asked about a possible upgrade, and they were able to accommodate us, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful view of the bay. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and things to do, which made getting around really convenient. The amenities were also a highlight, especially the pool, hot tub, and gym. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back!"
