Excellent staff, all were extremely helpful and very friendly! The property was clean, the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant attached to the property that was good, and one of the few in that area. The free trolley stops across the street, and it is a short ride into town where there are a lot of places to eat as well as shopping. I would stay there again!

Clean room and clean hallway. Awesome location, near shopping places, restaurants, and public transport. Just a quarter mile from beach. Just unfortunate they do not have laundry service, and that staffs were overwhelmed towards the weekend time frame (which is understandable by the way). Great amenities including swimming pool and roof top balconies.

Location was good, near to beach and public transportation. Reception staff were not helpful and a bit rude. Room had portable air conditioner seems and central airconditioning had broken down. TV remote was not working and window curtains would close completely as we’re getting blocked by AC duct. Food in their Tavern restaurant was excellent.

This was my 4th stay at Croydon and I do love this hotel. It's so convenient to everything and the rooms are great. Food at The Tavern is always delicious - I had the best shrimp pasta I've ever had! I do wish the small coffee/juice bar in the lobby was functioning; or it was being used in some way other than for luggage storage :/ I remember when it was operating. The guest bathroom in the lobby needs updating as well. I also wish the yoga/meditation room had classes. I got a massage which was very good! I wish parking was an option, but it's great that Garage 6 is walkable and great pricing. Pool is nice, though I didn't use it on this trip. Great beach access. I will always pick Croydon when in North Beach.

The hotel room was very small and stuffy; since opening the window wasn't allowed, the stale, humid air eventually caused me to have a panic attack, so I had to go up to the roof to get some fresh air. We stayed on the 6th floor; it was hot and stuffy at night, and there was a disgusting, foul odor in the hallway. I will never stay at that hotel again. On the first night, I felt like I was suffocating from the lack of air. However, the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and wonderful people.

Nice location for beach access with amenities that helped enjoy time at the beach (chairs, towels, suncreen). Food/drinks were alright, the rooftop area was nice. Clean, but needs some general maintaining as of August 2026. The bathroom did not have a fan and you can tell that excess moisture is causing issues near the vent and flooring. Some rooms have AC issues and portable units were brought in, we were advised during check-in. Very accommodating service

Great find in a quieter part of Miami Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Tavern restaurant connected to the hotel is charming and the food was great. Rainy weather prevented us from using the pool, but it was a really cute space. Definitely recommend!
