"The property was lovely - very modern and well-located. However, the room we were assigned was quite small, and the bed pushed into a corner. I had to crawl over my spouse if I needed to get out of bed before him. The A/C wasn't working super well either, even for such a small room. So, I'd recommend this for solo travelers! Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but maybe not great for couples (or, we got unlucky with our room assignment)."

"The hotel room itself was decent, but getting assistance during our stay was extremely difficult. Their office hours are only from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and outside of those hours you have to call for help. Unfortunately, they rarely answer the phone and usually respond through text message. We experienced several issues during our stay. The parking key fob provided to us did not work, even though we paid for parking through the hotel specifically to avoid additional parking fees. We also got locked out of our room because the entry code had been changed after office hours. Since no one answered the phone, we were stuck waiting until someone eventually responded via text. The manager was very kind and helpful when we were finally able to reach them, but overall communication and accessibility were very frustrating. I am also still waiting for a response regarding a refund for the parking situation since we had to pay separately due to the faulty key fob."

"The Kompase at the Miami Airport is a solid choice and definitely a step above the standard airport stay. We stayed 2 nights. The experience started well with the valet staff, who were helpful and efficient, and that high level of service continued throughout the visit. The room was notably clean and well-maintained. I also made use of the gym, which was well-equipped, clean and in good working condition. Breakfast was a convenient and reliable addition that made the mornings much easier. Overall, everything was handled with care. It was a pleasant, high-quality stay that felt more thoughtful than a typical transit hotel."

"Old grand dame has sadly gone downhill. No chairs by the pool, uncaring and often rude staff and servers at the vastly overpriced poolside restaurant La Cote. No coffee maker in the room, massive lineup at the little overpriced coffee bar near the lobby where guests flock because that’s your only option. Obnoxious guests with children packing hot tubs and playing football in the pools. It’s really gone in the wrong direction and hilariously ironic are the photos of Sinatra snd Rat Pack members who probably enjoyed the hotel in its heyday. They are rolling in their graves at the lack of service and low class shrine the Fountainbleu has sadly become."
