"My wife and I came down for a long weekend for a "babymoon". We had never been to Miami and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the resort and cleanliness of our rental. This unit is on the "Residence" side of the resort but everything feels as if you are staying in the hotel. You able to charge whatever you want to the room. The restaurants were exceptional and loved the convenience of the pool bar service. We'll definitely be coming back!"

"We wanted to pamper ourselves a little with this stay, and the place was great. Nice complex and building, the staff was very friendly, check in was easy (even at midnight). The unit had 2 bedrooms and an open and spacious feel. Two bathrooms which were well appointed. A quick ride down the elevator and out the doors put you in the pool area, which has two pools, two small hot tubs, plenty of space to lay out, and a tiki bar. "So this place is located on mid beach which puts it in a nice location to walk to some local dining and a few basic shops. Its within a 10 min drive of some cool locations like south beach and lincoln ave. The place its self was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The host was very straight forward and communicated everything well. The only issue was the code he gave for the back gate wasnt right but i think that its because of the renovations going on, in the pool area! Those renovations didnt...

"This was our first time in Miami as a family of 4, with two small children, and we were beyond impressed with our apartment and the property overall! It was spacious, stocked with all necessities, and very comfortable! We found the location so safe and accessible ( and the complementary beach umbrellas were a wonderful bonus!) Max was a delightful host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"The biggest plus was that the apartment was roomy with great views. It was not the exact unit pictured in the listing but similar enough. The apartment was clean, but the carpet was peppered with stains and is overdue for replacement. The building could also use some renovation or at least better maintenance as it shows wear and tear. "Clean, tidy and spacious apartment with a great view, especially at sunset. Pictures are an accurate representation of the property. I would absolutely recommend this property. The property is right next to a more peaceful section of the beach, restaurants are in walking distance and there is a great supermarket nearby. The kitchen could perhaps do with a few more utensils and glasses etc. Security in the building can also be a little overly strict with the green spangly wristbands they insist...

"Very good, nice spacious apartment. It actually had everything what we need it. Parking for our car was always available. We fully recommended the place. We came without kids, but great place to come with the kids as well... Quiet place, only heard the neighbours(especially the kids running on the floor) but nothing major."

"Great location - short 5 minute walk to the beach. This part of Miami Beach is more quiet and less crowded but still just a short bike Ride to South Beach. Hotel had a very nice and relaxing vibe. Staff super welcoming and kind. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant - the Nutella French toast was amazing! Can’t wait to go back! "
