When we first got there, no one offered to help with the luggage, so we carried own and I had to wait for a valet to show up. Parts of the rooms were worn out and could use some attention. Overall it is a good property and I like the location. I will stay there again if my top 2 options are not available on Miami beach.

We were vacationing for 4 days and this hotel blew our minds. The staff are supper super welcoming and supportive, house keeping is everyday of your stay and housekeeping came by in the afternoon to find out if we needed any supplies. The pool is festive with endless options to eat and drink served at the pool till 5pm. There are restaurants within the property with top chefs. The beach is right on the property. Our room overlooked the ocean with breathtaking views and it was hard to leave on the day of check out. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience. We definitely will be back.

Wonderful room, bay view was beautiful, front desk staff could've been kinder at check in, luggage checking staff was very helpful and kind. Beach and restaurant at back of hotel by pool had delicious food and drinks. Didn't go in pool but it looked clean and well maintained, not too busy but we did have a one night stay on a Wednesday so maybe that's why. Smelled great in the lobby and hallways too

The room was great. The pool area was good, although we spent a lot of time on the beach. Beds and Umbrella were included. The immediate area is quiet but you can walk on the path next to the beach all the way to South beach. Itā€™s about a 50 minute walk to Lincoln Road. Well serviced by Uber and Waymo. About $9 - 20 to or from South Beach or Winwood. Downtown is a little more. Strong recommend.

Unfortunately, I left the hotel with bed bug bites, which completely affected my overall experience. The Nobu restaurant was amazing, and I also really enjoyed the massage. However, aside from those two highlights, the rest of the hotel experience was average. Considering the hotelā€™s reputation and price, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to detail.
