"A beautiful cabin that lives up to everything that is claimed in the description. Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need. Our visit was a relaxing girls weekend and we were extremely confortable staying in,playing board games and unwinding. One small issue that was quuckly addressed by the host and didn't inconveniences us at all. Highly recommend. "

"Check in process very easy, very responsive host. Cute firepit area. Could use a little extra cobweb dusting around ceilings. Concrete/railroad tie steps need some TLC. Game room needs some updating(pool rack, pool stick tips, pool chalk, darts with tips for dart board.) Beautiful view! You definitely get your exercise in with the steps overall nice house and nice, quick and responsive host!!"

"We arrived at the Staylah Luxe Barndominium and were completely flabbergasted at the beautiful decor inside and out. Stayed four days with our older kids and grandkids and no one was ever bored. The kids went fishing right outside on the deck in the pond, played basketball, mini golf, pickleball, bowling, video games, pool, swam… all in such beautiful surroundings! We also were able to fix meals in a well-stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!"

"We rented this house for a get together with a bunch of Army guys who served together. House was great, plenty of space. Listing says they provide 2 bath towels per person, initial supply of toulet paper and dish washer soap. We were allotted 1 bath towel per person, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dishwasher soap. Communication with the host is lacking. Very long response time. Some messages never being answered. The last day of our stay the upstairs(main level) air conditioner went out. It was an 85 day. We were out most of the day in Cades Cove. We return to the house and its 78 air isnt flowing at all. We message the host through the chat option. No response. We waited over an hour and then decided to call, it was 11:37pm at this time. My husband spoke to someone who basically said its not their problem and told us to open the the windows and then hung up on them. Then they message me back telling us they aren't a hotel and dont offer the same amenities as a hotel would. Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience of staying in a hot stuffy cabin. All of us that were in an upstairs bedroom had to camp out on the floor in the downstairs game room. All in all the house was in a good location, but the poor way the host washed their hands of the non-functioning air conditioning really left the experience as a bad one. "
