"The outside was maintained nicely and beautiful but as for the inside it wasn’t maintained. The carpet very very old and dirty. Dresser very old they was very hard to open. Sliding door was hard to open track was dirty and old. Ceiling had some damage. Shower curtain was tore and faucets didn’t work well. But staff at the restaurant and bar area was GREAT! Food was good too."

"The cabin was nice. The problem I have is that during our stay the cabin was entered by either the owner or a worker without our knowledge. I understand this is the owners home but at least there could have some communication that a worker or somebody would be entering the house. We have rented several Vrbo and always the owner contacted us if someone needed to enter. I will never rent or encourage someone to stay in this owners home. "

"This place was amazing had something to do for everyone. Any appliance you needed to prepare a meal. Host was easy to communicate with if needed. The movie theater sound system was extraordinary. Will definitely stay again."

"The property was amazing. Very clean except for outdoor dining chairs and table. We had nothing to clean them with so we couldn't use it. 2 tv remotes had dead batteries so did the clock. The pool was only warm during the day. It did not heat at night when we wanted to use it."

"There was a mix up at check in. The host was contacted and the issue resolved quickly. This made the rest of the stay work out nicely.The property is wonderful and spacious. We had 15 people and had plenty of space and privacy if needed.The location is great. Townsend has a short drive and has a more relaxed atmosphere. There is easy access to Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge is about a 20 minute drive and has everything a family vacation needs.I would return again."
