This was a very nice stay. It was quite spotless and everything was of very high quality. The breakfast service had a wide range of good food. Check-in was smooth and very pleasant, even in the early hours of the morning. Parking was a a little difficult with some narrow carparks and at times very full. The ticket machine was also broken so this required some discussion via the intercom to get out and collecting some tickets from the front desk. The room was immaculate and had an amazing view, and all the furnishings were high quality. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out if there was a way to turn off individual lights in the room. It seems like the new upgrades include a high tech lighting system where they all come on or go off together, unless I just couldn't figure it out. This didn't work well when I got up early while others were still asleep. The executive lounge was very nice with excellent service, a great view, and facilities perfect for either unwinding in the evening, or getting some work done away from the room at times. The pool looked amazing, but being an outdoor pool it was just a bit too cold to enjoy this time of year. The park right across the road is great for a nice stroll, and there are some excellent dining options very close as well. We had a very good stay and would be very happy to stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for more
Pullman on the Park is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location with a tram station right outside the door. The friendly staff were always on hand to help out. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here as we had an event on at the MCG, it was nice and close and the rooms were amazing! Very impressive! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location if attending MCG. Easy access to get taxis & other transport. Only complaint was long queue at check in. Hence lack of staff meant tool far too long to check in

Check in took long time. They as to sign in to and I would receive bottle of wine. I never got hte wine. When I asked next day they said I need to show email . I never got he email so they said I can not have the bottle of wine. Lady at the breakfast buffet told me breakfast cost $89!!! i said for one person? She said yes it is full buffet. I went to as the front desk and they told me it is $42. Went back to breakfast and told the lady that its $42. To pay $89 for cup of coffee and toast sounded to me extreme cost. When I checked out no one asked anything about parking. I needed to come back to pay parking and get the ticked to get out of the hotel. All the check in and check out procedures were really complicated.
