"Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"

"Although initially skeptical because of the relatively low price for the area, it turned out to be more than sufficient for our needs. The breaskfast (included) was more than enough. We had dinner in the hotel resurant one evening and it was a very home cooked meal with good sized portions at a relatively moderate price for the area.(Typical southern Tuscan mushroom and sausage dishes with very fresh vegtables, excellent house red wine,too) I recommend asking for a room with a view over the back...

Lati negativi: accoglienza così così, mancanza di parcheggio, buffet della colazione scarso, tanti segni di trasandatezza (scarico del lavandino intasato, specchio riparato con il nastro adesivo, doccetta assente, nessun cambio degli asciugamani, tovaglie sporche)"
