"I am so glad we chose Hotel Kraft for our stay in Florence. It's about a 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Alamanni tram stop that takes you to Villa Costanza bus terminal. The room was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to have a restful night of sleep. We especially enjoyed the view and fresh air from our balcony. During our stay, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet and the most wonderful and attentive staff. It was the best way to start the day! We also had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was also very attentive and pleasant. Overall, Hotel Kraft was definitely the best choice for my family and we can't wait to return to Florence and stay here again. Thank you Hotel Kraft staff or making our stay in Florence such a wonderful experience!"

The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."
