"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful. Small points to consider: 1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber. 2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light. "

"Beautiful hotel and it was a plus that a onsen was included. The room was large and had enough space for two people and 4 suitcases. The location was also really good, only a few blocks from the train station and only a few stops from major tourist locations. Additionally they had two onsen, one inside and one outside. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved the mini refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer combo (detergent provided), microwave, kettle, plates, utensils, even an ice bucket. Location is great with 2 convenient stations nearby. Awesome hair dryer. Every staff we encountered were friendly. We would buy breakfast food the night before from nearby kombini so we did not try hotel breakfast. Lots of nearby eateries. We liked the location because it was a less hectic part of Tokyo. There is a lot of construction outside but we did not hear any of it in our room. "

"Great place to stay in Tokyo with the JR Shinagawa station within a couple mins walk. There is also a 7/11 underneath the hotel which was convenient and perfect for late night snacks"

"The hotel was in good condition, and the beds comfortable. A nice feature was that the windows could open for fresh air. Complementary breakfast was simple but adequate. Service was outstanding, and they accommodated my early departure. "

"Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient. "
